  • Device & Connection Data: We collect IP addresses and browser fingerprints (Device IDs) to prevent fraudulent orders and enforce license limits (1 Plugin + 1 Extension per license).

  • Extension Data (Specific): The OrderFlow Chrome Extension identifies phone numbers on webpages you visit (such as CRMs or E-commerce panels) only when you interact with our features. It transmits these numbers to our secure server (plugin.orderflowbd.com) solely to retrieve courier success/cancel ratios.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Fraud Prevention: To identify and block “fake” or “high-risk” customers based on previous courier behavior.

  • Courier Intelligence: To provide real-time delivery performance data from services like Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, etc.

  • Licensing Management: To verify your subscription and ensure the 1-site + 1-extension usage limit is maintained.

  • Analytics: To provide merchants with insights into their incomplete checkouts and recovery rates.

3. Chrome Web Store Disclosure

The OrderFlow Chrome Extension requires the <all_urls> permission to function effectively.

  • Why we need it: To scan and identify phone numbers on various platforms (e.g., Shopify, Facebook, CRMs) so you can check courier reports without leaving your current tab.

  • Privacy Guarantee: We do not read, store, or transmit your passwords, cookies, or personal browsing history. We only process phone numbers and license keys for the purpose of courier verification.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We only share data with third parties in the following contexts:

  • Courier APIs: Phone numbers are sent to integrated courier services to fetch delivery history.

  • Service Providers: We use secure hosting and database services to store licensing and order data.
